Table of contents
Note
This article applies to firms outside the US and Canada that signed up on or after November 2, 2026. If your firm signed up earlier, see how to manage your seat-based subscription .TaxDome’s client-based pricing is one plan, priced by the clients you serve and billed in your local currency.
How the plan works
- One plan with every core feature included
- A platform fee that covers your first 150 active accounts
- Grows with your client base: add accounts beyond 150 on demand or in packs
You’ll see the prices in your local currency in Settings > Team & plans when you subscribe.
Active accounts
Your plan is sized by active accounts: the clients with activity during your plan year. An account becomes active the first time your firm or the client does something with it, such as issuing an invoice, creating a job, or uploading a document. See what makes an account active and how the count works.
Custom plan
For firms with more than 20 team members or more than 3,000 active accounts, TaxDome Sales can build a custom plan around your team and client base. Contact TaxDome Sales to discuss it.
Add-ons
TaxDome Client Care, Premium support, and API and MCP access are available outside the US and Canada through TaxDome Sales. Contact TaxDome Sales to add them to your plan.
