TaxDome has one pricing plan for firms in the US and Canada: client-based pricing, priced by the clients you serve, with up to 20 team members and every core feature included.

How the plan works

One plan with every core feature and up to 20 team members included
Starts at $1,500 a year ($2,000 CAD in Canada), covering your first 150 active accounts
Grows with your client base: add accounts any time, in packs at lower per-account prices or on demand

The plan is billed annually.

Active accounts

Your plan is sized by active accounts: the clients with activity during your plan year. An account becomes active the first time your firm or the client does something with it, such as issuing an invoice, creating a job, or uploading a document. Adding accounts beyond 150

On demand: $15 per account ($20 CAD in Canada). On-demand accounts are invoiced on the 2nd of each month for the previous month.
Packs: a lower price per account, and the larger the pack, the lower it goes. You’ll see pack prices when you add accounts in Team & plans.

An account you pay for stays active until your current plan year ends. Accounts left unused in a pack expire at your renewal date.

TaxDome emails the firm owner when an on-demand invoice is issued. If you cancel or renew, any unpaid on-demand accounts are invoiced right away, separately from your renewal.

Custom plan

For firms with more than 20 team members or more than 3,000 active accounts, TaxDome builds a custom plan around your firm: any size team, room for your client base to grow, and the add-ons your firm needs, bundled into one price. Contact TaxDome Sales to build a custom plan for your team.

Optional add-ons

Add-ons are billed separately from your plan. In the US, you can find them in Settings > Team & plans, on the Add-ons tab. In Canada, contact TaxDome Sales to add them.

AI add-on (US firms): all of TaxDome’s AI and API access for your entire workspace, every team member included, at $200 a month after a 14-day free trial.
TaxDome Client Care : client-facing support from TaxDome for your clients, at $100 a month. Firms on the Business plan today keep Client Care until their current license ends.
Premium support: direct phone access, up to three 30-minute sessions a month, a dedicated Slack channel, and a 2-hour ticket response during business hours, at $249 a month.
