Pay and manage your TaxDome subscription

Depending on your country, you can pay for TaxDome services, such as subscriptions, additional seats or accounts, and top up your firm balance by card, bank debit or mobile app. This article lists available methods and provides all instructions you may need.

Pay for your subscription

You can pay for your TaxDome subscription by bank debit or card. Any applicable sales tax is calculated automatically and shown before you confirm payment. If your firm has the AI add-on , it’s billed monthly on its own invoice and doesn’t change your subscription price or renewal date.

Note

Your payment method is stored securely in our payment processor, Stripe , a trusted and PCI-compliant provider that encrypts and carefully stores your payment details.

Paying by bank debit

TaxDome offers a variety of ways to pay by bank debit:

To pay by the US bank debit, select the US bank account on the Payment page:

To proceed, enter your Email and Full name and then you’ve got two options:

  • Select your bank and continue entering all the required details on its website via the Stripe payment provider
  • Or, click the Enter bank details manually instead link at the bottom of the sidebar and type in your Routing number, Bank account number and other required details, then click Submit

Once done, click Submit payment. Your bank account is verified automatically, so there’s no waiting period or bank statement code to enter—your subscription payment goes through right away.

Paying by card

Enter the following details:

  1. Card number

  2. Card expiration date

  3. CVC/CVV (the three-digit number on the back of your card)

  4. Your country

Depending on your country, you may need to enter additional details. In the US, this would be your ZIP code.

Then click Submit. Depending on your bank, you may also be required to complete 3D-Secure verification.

Change & delete payment method

When you need to change or delete your payment method, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Team & plans and open the Plan overview tab.

  2. Click Update in the Payment method section.

Here, you can:

  • Change your payment method with a new one by clicking Add new card
  • Change your payment method to any existing one by clicking on it
  • Delete your payment by hovering over it and clicking the trash icon to the right. You cannot delete the payment method you are using right now (first, select another one).

Handle failed subscription payments

When payment for an upgrade, additional seats or accounts, or subscription renewal fails (for example, due to insufficient funds), you’ll receive an email notification and see an alert at the top of your screen.

Click the notification to update your payment method and retry the payment. If you don’t take action, the system will automatically retry charging your payment method after several days. If the payment continues to fail, your subscription will become past-due.

Subscriptions for TaxDome services are non-refundable. If you think there’s been an error in billing, please contact our support team and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Delete your TaxDome account

Only a firm owner can request permanent deletion of a firm’s account. This is different from canceling your subscription: deletion permanently erases all client data, uploaded files, billing history, team member data, and tasks/pipelines—it can’t be undone or recovered.

To request deletion, email [email protected] from the address linked to your user account.
